I don't think this is right. Not everyone in this neighborhood is low income and we shouldn't have to see our home values drop in value even more.

Increased crime levels are a known by-product of low income housing projects. So is a reduction in property values. I therefore disagree with the plan to have this project in my neighborhood.

SIngle family home residential areas are not for apartment complexes. We all bought with a certain expectation that the neighborhood would be just that, single family homes! Please do not allow this proposed low income apartment complex to be built!!
