Do not let this disturbing business operated by this unsavory individual operate near our families. I fear for my wife and children while I am away.

Considering the past history at this location a liquor licence should not be issued.

This space is zoned as a restaraunt however the owner is applying for a hard liquor license. This location is in a residential neighborhood. His hours of operation will be Mon-Fri 11:00-2:00 am, Sat-Sun 11:00-3:00 am., allowing residents an approximate 3-4 hours of sleep a night. This location was once a bar, residents experienced: limited to no parking, double parking, vehicles blocked in, Jefferson and Montgomery streets blocked off by patron vehicles, little sleep, yelling-screaming and fighting in the street, trespassing, car vandilism, hit & runs, rampant gunfire, property vandilism, drug dealing and discarded drugs and drug paraphenalia, extensive litter consisting of and not limited to: condoms-bullet casings-and broken glass, discarded food that endangered pets by posing a choking hazard, dumpsters that overflowed with rotting food, large numbers of rodents, verbal & physical harassment, prostitution, and a murder. In a recent SCMPD mediated meeting between the new owner and residents, the owner multiply referred to the location as a bar. He has stated that "the older guys just want a place to hang out and shoot some pool and watch sports" on his numerous large screen T.V's. There is no menu planned at this time other than fried wings and fish. Does that not describe "bar" food? This establishment has a parking lot capacity of 5 vehicles. Where are the 23 residents going to park? In the past residents had to park several blocks away and walk through poorly lit sidewalks to their homes. This in turn displaced surrounding block residents from parking on the blocks in which they resided. SCAD has purchased a building 3 blocks north of this location. Will the students be safe getting to and from school? Will residents be safe about their daily activities or their pets? Will residents be able to get the uninterrupted restorative sleep needed to efficiently perform their job duties so they may earn their livings? People are threatening to leave this neighborhood i

Please no license, it will not be a productive establishment to Savannah's ever growing crime and violence problems. Thank you.

We are always at the house next door. This bar is dangerous when open. A former owner was murdered inside the bar. These people trying to reopen the bar are not resposible in any way. Thwy are not even following code to get the place ready to reopen, much less a license to sell liquor and know when to cut people off the booze. Please don't let this place open.

NO ALCOHOL! This establishment is too close to a residential area to serve liquor.
