This does not fit the current profile of the community. With no traffic light, egress onto Chamblee-Tucker Road will be dangerous as these cars exit en masse after a service.

Please vote no. This would open the door for more petitions to rezone which will negatively impact our residential neighborhood.

They repurpose another commercially zoned area, that is run down, there are plenty of those around.

I live close by and do not approve or want the re-zoning.
