I have a friend on Beya Way. The water drainage issue from adding more hardscape surfacing would be a problem for them. I also don't want to see the neighborhood change from residential to OIT because it would change the character of the neighborhood.

There does not seem to be enough room for the parking either. All of the paving would affect storm runoff.

We need to keep our residential neighborhoods residential. There are plenty of existing properties already zoned O/I that the place of worship could go without having to rezone.
