The recent request to rezone 12.4 acres of Office-Institutional land at the southeast corner of the intersection of Kimball Bridge Road and North Point Parkway to High Density Residential would result in significant traffic and safety issues for homeowners in Kimball Farms and others along the Kimball Bridge corridor. The addition of 82 housing units (6.56 units per acre) would greatly increase the already overly-congested traffic during peak hours. The development's proximity to New Prospect Elementary School and the resulting increased traffic could also have an impact on the safety of the students.

Please enter your name and email in the box to the right, and click the green "Sign Petition" button if you oppose rezoning this area to High Density Residential.

No development - will increase traffic in an already congested area, negatively impact the aesthetics and eco friendliness of the area which directly decreases property values. So NO to development.

Vote no to this development. Traffic is already horrible at the corner of Northpoint parkway and Kimball. How will additional housing help?

Traffic continues to worsen in this area. This is NOT needed. We DO NOT want the street widened in this area to accommodate as well.
