Please no townhouse up front.The entrance is already tight and the traffic there is a monster during peak travel times. A natural green space and walking area would add aesthetic value and promote a healthy environment for current and future residents.

Placing townhomes at the front entrance to the subdivision looks very tacky and will lower the value of our homes. It will in turn invite criminal elements to out community. Not to mention how it will draw non homeowners to our amenities that we the residents pay for. Traffic will become a nightmare for us! We do NOT want nor need those townhomes adjacent to our homes. I implore you to turn down DR Horton’s request.

Please vote NO on D.R. Horton’s request to build townhomes at the front of our subdivision. This will severely decrease our property value.
