We are owners of Lot 195 under Pforr Super Fund Pty Ltd and Grant was a former member of the MBC from 2018- 2019. However I resigned as a result of concerns around the financial dealings and the non action of recovering Aged Debt and the constant extension provided to some Levies due for sometime. There is other concerns around how the Current BUGTA Act is being used to mange to do this deferral of some levies, the fact that rental income is being taken by these units that are in arrears yet not levies paid. As well as the real or perceived conflict some members of committees as allowed under the Act to continue to provide these relaxations beyond what I feel the intent of the Act Sections were designed for. There needs to be some time limits set under some legislative changes to the Act where a person or persons hold proxy or real ownership voting powers, who have other unit lot in arrears disqualified from hold a position on any committee in the Couran Cove Community. I have much more to say and will be communicating this to the legislative bodies and calling for changes and extensions to the BUGTA Act for the August 31 review. feel free to contact me direct on my mobile 0419 701 942

No to the loan, yes to legal action to recover unpaid levies IN CASH NOT DEBT SWAPS OR LEVY DISCOUNTS we have no control on how these debts are currently being settled, there is a lack of transparency and scrutiny. Yes to a Forensic audit of the past 3 years accounts.

Too little time to evaluate the proposal. Needs more investigation. Where are the options for other lenders?

If aged debt by two main defaulters were paid there would be no issue ... it is being sought but no to loan ... it’s rediculous.

I vote no. Our apartment is 3608.
If the outstanding levies were up to date, Our bodycorp would not even require this money.
