We the undersigned hereby declare our resolve to achieve a fair and equitable contract between the International Brotherhood Of Teamsters and UPS, free of concessions. It is our sincere hope that both parties will recognize their failure to negotiate a fair contract that adequately distributes the spoils of our labors in the wake of an unprecedented period of prosperity within the company. It is our hope that this petition will demonstrate our determination to vote no on any and all supplements until such time as our needs are addressed.
