We love the leadership of Mrs McKinney and totally agree that a board member like Mr. Hines is an ideal fit for TPA. If the current discord and dysfunction on the board, and therefore at the school, continue, we will have no choice but to move our 5th grader to a different school which is not what we want!

Mr. Hines' career with construction as well as his previous board member experience with other organizations makes him an ideal candidate for TPA. The fact that he is a long time supporter of Andrea McKinney also makes him a great candidate because the board of any organization should be supportive of its administrative leaders. I have known Brian personally for over 10 years: he is honest, selfless and a true leader in our community. I am 100% in support of his election to our board.

As parents of a 5th grade student, please fill the positions of the board to support the vision and mission of the school so that we may continue to move forward in a positive direction.

Though I would like to know if their are alternative candidates, I also feel an urgency to have an up to date plan of progression even as the mother of a kindergartener. We love Thunderbird and Mrs.McKinney's leadership

As a member of the PTO board, grandparent of a 3rd grader and volunteer at the school, I want this school to thrive!! I also want to add that the current Interim Managing Director, Mrs. Andrea McKinney, should be considered for the full time Managing Director position. The school is thriving under her direction. As supporters of this school, we need to also stand behind Mrs. McKinney to make sure she is offered the permanent position as Managing Director of TPA.
