This will destroy the Bonsall community. I suspect these mitigation credits will be used or sold to develop large tracts of land in Bonsall adding hundreds of new homes. Please keep Bonsall rural.

I lived on Redondo Dr. for 7 years and do not want a swamp with with mosquitoes and homeless people in by back yard

The destruction of SLRD will destroy the property values within miles by at least 20%. In a radius of 2 miles that is a loss of $289 million dollars. Will the Mitagation bank write that check? The Downs is much more than a golf course and should be treated as such.

It will destroy property values and turn a beautiful piece of property which is enjoyed by many into an eyesorre similar to what we now have on Old River Road. How can we trust the developer to have funds in future years to maintain this property. If approved fatcats make the money and the community loses

I oppose the dredging and use change fo the San Luis Rey Downs Golf Course. This will deteriorate the most populated area of Bonsall. This will create many problems of which we will have no ability to solve.

I own an investment property along the course which I thought I'd retire to. I'm worried that the value will plummet, maintenance of the 185 acres will deteriorate, and the hillside behind my house will be compromised. There's simply not enough information for property owners regarding how this wetlands conversion will impact our homes.
