I respect the opinion of the petitioners, but unless you have lived on the corner of Locksley and Moulton drive for decades you have no clue what traffic is. It’s dangerous, I stopped counting today at 100 vehicles going by my home at noon (I started at 10 a.m.). There are no restrictions on Moulton Drive and the speed limit of 30 is easily doubled. It’s a cut threw for highway avoidance. I wouldn’t bring a child let alone an animal up on Moulton Drive. How many petitioners have or have had children that attend Lynnfield schools and not private schools. I support the Palumbo brothers they are trying to clean up the area, which is an eye sore near the Bali Hai. Driving/flying by and living here are two different things. There are no rules or regulations here. What would you put there? A restaurant, seriously the 99 is hurting. Market place has enough. As far as a senior resting home, I have seen what is employed at some of these facilities and it dangerous (no offense low paying). Please park in my drive way or on Oak street, or sit down at Newhall Park, nothing could be worst then the horror that passes and parks at these locations. Unless you want to pick up the needles, I have seen down the park and, on the drive, please don’t wear my shoes unless you want holes in them. Thank You, Maria Bruinsma

From lower property values to more traffic to more noise to more trash to the crowding and polluting of Newhall Park, Sherwood Forest and the entire town of Lynnfield would be extremely ill served by any apartment building located on the Bali Hai Restaurant property. I vote NO to this new construction of this neighborhood detrimental apartment building which would overlook Newhall Park.

We the people of Lynnfield, have grown up with Bali Hai. I personally spent my childhood eating pork strips under the table with my kid brother Luke. I think that we would all love to see a new restaurant, country style, where we can continue the generations old tradition of Lynnfield life. It's a very special place, we all grew up at. And we owe the Wong family the honor of keeping it a Lynnfield restaurant, and continue the legacy, which they started

It would not fit at all in the neighborhood. It would not only take away from the feel of the neighborhood but also impact wildlife. Not to mention traffic, school systems etc.

I support the building of single family homes only, nothing over two stories. Or better yet, turn it into another field.

The schools are already struggling to house the current children and can't handle another apartment complex. This is the first time HHS has had 5 first grade classes. They had to get creative and take down walls and move teachers around. It's tight! I'm told SSS is also tight on space. This community is growing and we will receive new students every year in grade school from people moving in as is... .we just don't have that kind of space for another apartment complex.
