If the members of the Beavercreek Planning Commission would not be willing to live next door to this 4-story hotel, then they should not approve this code variance. The residents living in the nearby homes should not be forced to forfeit their privacy and sense of security to complete strangers who could easily watch them through their hotel windows. I STRONGLY urge you to deny this variance!

Not an appropriate place for a hotel.

I prefer a building one story with operating hours during the day. one story would be more uniform with the other buildings. a hotel could lower our property value also noises late at night.

We have been residents of Beavercreek for 20 years. Do not rezone this area. We have enough hotels in Beavercreek and do not need to possibly decrease home values near the proposed site. A 4 story hotel is ridiculous next to residential homes. Stop this hotel and rezoning.

I have been a resident for 30 years. Feel very strongly that the city government owesote to the homeowners than to devalue their property with a hotel.

I'm against another hotel, especially one more than two stories.

I am NOT for rezoning this land for a hotel. It is clearly a residential area and will negatively impact home values.

we really don't need any more hotels in this area. Why should they get permission to build a 5 story bldg when Beavercreek's limit is three stories. That's asking for trouble in the future for sure.

I feel that the placement of the hotel/building violates those living in the proximity.

It seems to me, that for the past 20 years Beavercreek zoning caters to businesses with absolutly no regard for the residences!

I'm not opposed to hotels. I'm opposed to WHERE this proposed hotel is to be built.

I am for NOT amending/rezoning MX-PUD 97-3 allowing for a hotel to be constructed on 2.076 acres.

We do not want this hotel in our neighborhood. Home values will decrease, there will be even more traffic in the area, and the sheer scale of the building will be an eye sore for the neighborhood. This proposed hotel should be built elsewhere.

I used to live in that neighborhood, Queensgate. This would be a very negative thing for the property values of those homes.
