I request that the parental rights of my granddaughter,(Mercades Jo Lee) be given to me(Bobbi Jo Mendoza) grandmother... Mercades was born very premature and now at 15 months she has several medical issues. My son(Rodney R Lee Jr) and his wife (Tereesa M Lee) both agree that it would be in the best interest, for Mercades to voluntary give up there parental rights to Bobbi Jo Mendoza,so Mercades can get the best care possible and be within the family and still have contact with her siblings. I am very aware of the medical treatmen t she will need and I am willing to do whatever is needed to take care of Mercades special needs and she will be given lots of love and attention that she needs to be healthy and a very happy and also give her a very secure and stable home. Rodney and Tereesa have given this great thought and are not comfortable with having her in there home and just want whats best for her. And I feel so privleged to be involve in her life with or without her medical conditions. She is a special little miracle so I prey that the court will allow this petition to be set fourth.
