We, the undersigned Class "A" Members of Volterra Homeowners Association, hereby petition for a special meeting pursuant to Section 2.4 of the Association's Bylaws for the purpose of discussing and voting on the recall of the current Board of Directors:

• Bob Feeney, President (Class B)
• Scott Grady, Vice President (Class B)
• Rex Wilson, Treasurer/Secretary (Class B)
• Tammy Thornton, Director (Class A)

Grounds for Recall

Conflicts of Interest:

• Board members hold significant land ownership interests while making decisions about land purchases
  Potential financial benefit to Class B members through proposed land sales to the HOA.
• Threat of assessment increases tied to land purchase approval

Lack of Transparency:

• Inadequate financial reporting and documentation
• Failure to maintain proper records in resident portal since 2020.

Misrepresentation of Legal Requirements:

• Incorrect statements regarding developer control requirements.
• Mischaracterization of master community status to avoid transition of control.
• Circumvention of proper voting procedures through unofficial committees.

Required Actions:

• Schedule special meeting within 30 days of petition receipt
• Provide proper notice to all Class A Members
• Hold recall vote requiring two-thirds majority to remove each board member.
• If successful, immediately elect replacement board members.

By signing below, each Class "A" Member confirms their good standing status with the Association, having paid all assessments, fines, and penalties, and not being in default or violation of the Association's Declaration or Architectural Design Guidelines.
