Who is sick and tired of the way our court system is ran? Who believes something needs to change when it comes to child custody cases? Whose willing to take a stand with me and fight for our rights as mother's, and stop this none sense? I for one am tired of getting screwed over by our court system and I'm taking a stand I have notified the local tribune and I'm gonna fight until people hear the truth on how our court system think woman / children abusers, druggie users, people with criminal back rounds are better fit parents to raise our children or be given primary custody, or how the courts think it's ok to give custody of a child to a step parent instead of biological family , and then wonder why a mother is emotionally disturbed or on antidepressants or in therapy just to make it through another day or week... I'm putting my foot down today and standing up for my rights...Ithink we should talk about how mother's are getting screwed by Crawford county courthouse when it comes to child custody...and how these judges are giving the custody to the fathers who are abusers,drug dealers or on drugs, who have criminal records and been in and out of jail due to their crimes....I along with other mother's would like to know how Crawford county courthouse has the right to take a child/children from their mother's custody for no reason except the other party has a more expensive attorney, Or how they can take a child from their biological mother and place them with a step parent when a mother has never been proven to be unfit? .....or How these judges are placing a child back into a home with an abuser and think its a better environment... Can anyone answer these questions? I know myself along with other mother's in the Crawford County area want to know why these actions are taking place and Nothing is being done about it, What can we do to help protect our children if we cant count of our court system?
