We should reserve judgment until a full investigation has been completed. It is pathetic to include this photograph in the petition. There are always two sides to every story and we should not resort to these types of dirty emotion swaying campaigns. Pratik has served our association with dignity and professionalism for three years. He deserves the benefit of the doubt.

So it is ok for X chairman to abuse and hurt someone but it is against the law for the person to defend himself. Where are you all living? Stop this nonsense act and all of you signing stupid petition needs to grow up and act like a adult. If current AAHOA chairman is guilt then why not tell X chairman to file charges against him.

There are two sides to every story. First and foremost, has anyone taken the time to read the incident report that was filed? Allegations should not be made against either side without first getting full details of the incident. The incident report filed with the police states that Alkesh is the offender and he is the one who began to choke Pratik. The report also states that security observed what happened. Obviously, if you get in a fight you might be hurt and the pictures taken afterwards may be gruesome. First, you need to find out who started the physical altercation (based on the incident report, it was Alkesh), then you can discuss what action needs to be taken.

I was there when Alkesh went down. It was a totally staged event. He was acting when he fell and that is how they had the awareness to photograph him in this state. Who photographs someone if they are really on "life support". Why weren't his "friends" concerned about him. they weren't concerned because it was a staged action. He is like Amjad Khan..a super hit actor. Hopefully everyone sees this for what it is....

Were you there, at the scene, when this incident occurred? Did you read the incident report? The current chairman acted in self-defense according to the report. Alkesh was the aggressor. Since when is self-defense a disrespectful action? If someone had you in a chokehold, would you not take any action? Take a look at your actions before judging the actions of others. According to numerous accounts, the former chairman (Alkesh) was heavily intoxicated at the time of this incident.
