This petition is going to do more harm for Alkesh than good. Dear Alkesh supporters, please take a look at the facts before throwing stones at Pratik. Alkesh should respond to the incident report that was filed the night of the incident. Also, please ask Alkesh if he consumed alcohol that night and how much.

Niranjan, in the USA, self-defense is perfectly legal. Read the incident report filed with the police. The report clearly states that Alkesh was the aggressor. He grabbed Pratik first. Pratik then acted on self-defense. Alkesh's post incident behavior is shameful because he is trying to save his image by throwing around a made up story. This petition is ridiculous.

They should have measured Alkesh's blood alcohol level immediately after the incident. Does he even remember the incident clearly?

Wasn't Alkesh heavily intoxicated during this incident? Also, read the incident report. Alkesh was choking Pratik. Pratik acted in self-defense. Alkesh needs to speak up "like a man" and apologize for being heavily under the influence of alcohol and starting the physical altercation. In addition, real mature on your part to bash Pratik, yet you go on the make derogatory comments towards him. You are a real classy "Returning AAHOA Member." Is bringing up someone's body size appropriate behavior by an AAHOA member?

I would like to see a full investigation of current Chairman, Pratik Patel over the past 3 years of his involvement with AAHOA. It is only fair to its members that the truth be known in order to save the organization's reputation!

Is it okay for a former chairman to be heavily intoxicated and wrap his hands around the current chairman's neck? You have to give respect to earn it. It does not matter of Alkesh is an elder, he attacked the current chairman. Do you expect the current chairman to stand there and take a beating simply because the other person is an elder? As an elder, the former chairman should have had more restraint.

I joined AAHOA again this year after a long time. I was very excited to be part of this associaton, however, the behavior of Pratik, the current chairman is not appropriate in any associaton. My message to Pratik is very simpel -- Step down! Take the punishement like a man! your actions are unacceptibale. As a chairman of just a few hours and beating an elder, lifetime member, Past AAHOA chariman, Mr. Alkesh Patel, -- what the FUCK were you thinking? Is your EGO as big as your fat ass?

This type of behavior within few hours of chairmanship is shameful Pratik. Regardless if situation, you should have kept your calm. Disrespecting an elder in our community or any for that matter is not acceptable. Your ego needs to be left at home. You are not worthy of being an AAHOA member, let alone a Chairman. You are a loose cannon and difficult to control. Better you step down for the betterman of association!!!!
