I spent most of my childhood growing up near the sea and watched my family turn to the sea for our source of protein.
I enjoyed everything that it provided. It provided a carefree environment for me.
I actually learnt about the marine life because that was part of me.
Infact I have a breeding grounds for dolphins as well in my Village in New Ireland. But we have kind of kept everything the same. Because we love alot of our marine friends!
Alot of people, when seeing our Village for the first time will think we are so backward but that's because we can protect our marine friends that have no voice.
Is there any way that they can build it that can contribute back to the environment? I'm sure they can use the "eco" system friendly method?
I'm sure there's a better waste management approach to address this issue!
Please let's save our dolphins and say "NO"to the sewerage!

How can this sewrage plant even be considered in such a unique and fragile area. Disgraceful.

There are so many alternatives to this sewerage plant. WE demand it be stopped immediately and placed in a less destructive location!!
Count me to stop that stupid project. Relocate the sewage pond away from where our tourism hub corridore.
