Louie is a special man / kid he has always been very close to his sister Ana she is a great person and recognizes his up and downs. He lost his mother and didn't comprihen what was going on poor kid thought his mother was still in the hospital but you see he has these awesome sisters that know him so well but most of all he has a great connection with his sister Ana she has slowly helped Louie understand that mom is no longer around that to visit her now is not in the hospital but the cemetery she has slowly and gently talked to him and made him understand that he will no longer see her but can talk to her and she will listen I truly hope that he will not be taken away from what he knows and that's Ana and his other sisters.

*Reads the law* Right... Bring in someone that has zero clue on how to take care my uncle. I'm sorry but WE have been taking care of Louie for years before this law came to be! WE ARE HIS CARETAKERS!

This is ridiculous! This is unacceptable, his mother just passed and his sister who takes care of him now has always taken care of him. This is who he knows, the law should be working in the interest, on what's best for the child or disabled. Which his mind is a lot like. Ana Alicea his sister is what's in his best interest. Clearly, they weren't thinking of the disabled when they made this new law.

Louie is fine where he is. Uprooting someone from all he has known his whole life is a travesty. I'm sure Louie can tell you just where he wants to be, he's no dummy; and he won't be going anywhere quietly. Leave Louie alone.
