This is a direct appeal to human decency and justice for baby Jonathan Bell. This is a request for reversal of parole and early release child torturer and killer Michael Todd Panella . No child killer such as Panella who, over a period of at least a week brutally tortured and caused immense suffering to eighteen month old baby Jonathan should receive early release. I am writing to oppose early release and parole for child torturer and killer Michael Todd Panella who according to witnesses has made heartless comments about his horrific cold blooded sickening acts demonstrating no remorse whatsoever for his haneious crimes against baby Jonathan. There is no justifiable reason for this type of atrocious crime to be waved away while brushing aside justice for baby Jonathan.
Baby Jonathan deserves justice. Panella deserves a life sentence, not early release.
