Students are given a choice of college, military, or what seems too much like failure. Military schools overseas once had vocational options and these choices have been removed from the curriculum. Vocational programs allow students to have work experience and job training. DoDea rid the schools of these programs to "tailor to the 21st century's job markets". Yet, the job market still calls for auto-mechanics and beauticians. We need to show our students that there can be success without college. Please help us to prove that we need these programs back in our schools.
