If more than half of the shareholders sign this petition we will be able to hire another management company regardless of who the board is after the upcoming election.

I haven't even lived here for a full year and maintenance has been a thorn in my side and management is rude and not helpful at all.
i have never dealt with a management company that is so lax and disrespectful to shareholders.
It has been 23 months since the board kicked myself and my brother out, because I the owner would not charge my own flesh and blood their 335 in excessive and absurd fees. Now everyone has to pay for all the empty units, and I washed my hands.. I wish you all the best, and only pray for your sake that the BOARD AND VITW GOES! I was in federal court on 4/3/2014 getting rid of my ownership and 6 days later Adam Manson goes to the federal clink. They will never learn.
time for a change.
I want a management company that answers to the shareholders not the shareholders to them. Time for a change.

ABM does poor job and are lazy at best incompetent at worse. It is past the 1st of the month and still no maintenance bill nor extra grace period for when it is lte at this point.
