The MARA program would not be what it is without Vito Ciminello as an involved professor. He constantly challenges students to learn concepts and material in a competitive environment much like the one they will experience outside of this university. He made a difference in my college career and is an incredible professor. He is highly respected among the students, current and former, and it would be a great loss to the University if he was no longer a lecturer.

My education would have been lesser than what it is without Vito. He genuinely cares about his students and goes above and beyond the call of being a professor to ensure his students actually learn. Vito was by far one of the best professors I have had in my college education, and to deprive other students of his knowledge and exceptional teaching capabilities would be detrimental to their college career.

Vito has had a significant part in my interest in the maritime industry. This will be a major loss to the TAMUG staff and all future students in the MARA degree plan.

THE BEST professor at Texas A&M at Galveston. One of the few profs who likes teaching and is great at it. The school will be losing its best if they get rid of him.
