With the increased traffic from County Line rd this neighborhood creates too much congestion.

Enough with the building of houses on every open piece of land already.

I am definitely in favor of this study. We fear for our children’s lives and our own on Vista Parkway!

Very simple, We were told no residences would be built at this site when we made the investment to acquire our property. If Vista Ridge Corp wants to expand the housing offering using this land that has been deemed as “Commercial Development Site” for more than a decade after the homes at the Greens were built then sure, but please write us a check for the current market valuation hit that our properties will take; or even better, sell me the lot behind my home and we will turn it into open space. As simple as that.

I agree that this proposed development will negatively impact the neighborhood, especially traffic, and needs further study.

Agreed. as a note to the requests: As I live on Sunset Way, I would love Bonanza to be connected to Vista Parkway as it causes increased traffic on Sunset Drive on the way to Vista Parkway. Thank you.

Speeding on Vista Parkway is already a big problem . Vista Ridge Parkway was not intended for the high traffic patterns and adding 30 plus new homes will exasperate the problem

The traffic is terrible now. It makes it dangerous for people trying to cross Vista Parkway on foot and turning out from Lawson onto Vista Parkway. This road was not meant to be a main road but a neighborhood road and it’s turned into a highway.

This road is a hazard for bikers and drivers alike. Vehicles are constantly speeding around the traffic circle with little concern for on-coming traffic.
