This will make travelling to Europe easier, without the additional cost and aggravation of having to obtain a visa.Our currency is already so weak against the euro.

It's really terrible how we're treated as second class citizens, (and this especially by the U.K.! South Africa has such a long and sordid history with that country that I won't even go into) I really feel this petition is a great thing, because it seems our politicians don't much care, all they care about is where THEY can travel to with their diplomatic passports (Which is a heck of a lot more countries than the ordinary citizen) so we need to speak up, and demand that they listen.

seeing the heartsore of not being able visit family readily when ill or the anxiety linked to preparing for what should be fun holiday is frightful. A visa may be needed but why not a simple visa you can obtain at border entry or online?

I travel often and UK and Europe are among the destinations. It is not only costly to get a visa but extremely stressful as well. Even as a permanent Canadian resident with an SA passport. I think this is unfair on millions of South Africans who live all over the world and who would love to travel to Europe but are put off by cost and red tape in getting a Shengen or UK visa.

I am battling to visit my children in the UK because of all the requirements for Visa's when will all this visa nonsense stop. Please make it easier for us to visit family in Europe
