Here’s your chance to express your love for rugby while supporting the game at the youth and high school rugby!

We need only 450 signatures for Virginia to offer a “Virginia is for Ruggers” license plate. You don’t need to commit to purchase the license plate but instead indicate only that you would buy one when it’s available. There’s no commitment for signing petition.

• By signing the petition you help us reach our goal of the Virginia DMV offering a rugby license plate! You are not committed to buying the license plate – there is no cost – you are simply expressing your interest to purchase the license plate if it is available.
• What will the plate look like? Well, there’s a draft version below, but if we hit the goal of 450 signatures we’ll open a design competition!
• How much will the plate cost? The plate will cost $25. The proceeds will support the growth of the game at the youth and high school level. Help us support existing clubs and expand rugby in the Commonwealth!
• When do I need to make a decision to sign the petition? As soon as possible! The quicker we hit our goal the sooner we can start the process of finalizing the design and working through the administrative process to eventually have the plate available!
• You must be a Virginia resident who is eligible to drive.
