As a Woman I feel that the focus should be on not protecting the women/girls, but in educating, informing, teaching Men what constitutes a Man, and that Women should be cared for and not abused or murdered. A clear standard of what is acceptable and not should be woven in to school programs. Men need to step up and speak out when they observe other Men acting or speaking in unacceptable manners towards Females. It is everyone's duty and obligation to do so and not become silent observers. Thank You

I pledge to end violence against all human beings. May we live in a world where there is peace, respect, and love for one another. The government needs to take a stand and issue an inquiry on the missing and murdered Indigenous women in Canada. These women are being preyed upon and it is the responsibility of the government to protect them, as they would all Canadians.

RCMP say 1017, but probably many more are wrongly unrepresented because of systemic prejudices by authorities.
