This petition will be used to solicit members of Congress to address violations of Veterans Preference Act associated with Federal Agencies abuse of Cyber Security Workforce Schedule A Hiring Authority. In actual implementation, some Federal Agencies did not honor Merit Systems Principles and afford Veterans Preference Rights as outlined in DoD Memo's, and OPM memo's.
