What we do know for now is that based on the facts provided to us by Kamehameha Schools, the punishment handed down to Coach Baldwin, in our minds, was severe and overly excessive, especially in light of an eye witness account that was inadvertently missed  during the initial investigation.  We have since forwarded the name of that witness to Principal Aganus who has forwarded that information onto the HR department.  We parents, players, alumni and friends humbly ask you to stand with us in support of Coach Baldwin.  We would like to petition Kamehameha Schools to reopen their files such that a re-investigation will exonerate Coach Baldwin of any wrong doing.  We would also like the school to reinstate Coach Baldwin as the Boys Varsity Football Head Coach.
