the management finally agreed to enforce the original building guidelines so all those illegal additions have to go. i honestly didnt think they would listen but we got the outcome we wanted. lets keep an eye on things to make sure the fix actually happens.

Final supporters
We the owners of Prestige Oasis are seriously concerned with the violations of original structure by altering/modifying /additions to their villas by few of the owners. This violates the agreement for sale and sale deed executed between Prestige Group and the owners based on which the villas were bought by all of us.
Any modifications/alterations/additions to the villa exteriors not only impacts the aesthetic of our villa complex but also erodes the market value of all our villas.
Prestige Group is hereby called upon to ensure that there are no violations to the exterior structure of the villas by any one and any modifications/alterations/additions already done to the exterior of the villas are put back to the original shape by the respective villa owners with immediate effect.

Although I am a tenant, I became in love with the beautiful, very well dsingn and preservation of Prestige Oasis . Please keep it as it is! It is for all a great benefit.Villa 165.
I agree..external modifications are going to damage our long term.interests apart from.disturbing theaesthetic
This is possibly the first high end gated vila society doing this. Prestige has to ensure immediate restoration to original plan. This is not acceptable.
