Over the semesters, and quite noticeably this semester, mental health has become of paramount importance at our campus. Suicide has become a pressing concern and these incidents as well as the memories of the beloved students have been largely ignored by the university.

A vigil must be held that honors the memories of those who have passed away. This will provide a healing space for the students affected by the recent deaths and will spread awareness of mental health. Help us with this process so Columbia can acknowledge how important this vigil is to the student body as well as those close to the ones who've passed.
