My loan is 8 months from being completed and they say I still owe over 14,500.00. I dont see how this is even remotely possible! And they refuse to send me the paperwork that I requested! They just send a letter with the payoff amount!!

Terrible, did my husband and I dirty. Unlawful things like stop taking our payment, and blocked us to text payment to them. There's a long list of things that unlawfully.

Prestige has lied to me multiple times about my car loan, and payment arrangements. They would tell me one thing, only to turn around and say something else. I voluntarily repossessed my vehicle because the stress with them was taking its toll. I told them I wanted to go to court when the tune comes and to make sure I get the legal documents. These people purposely the documents to a place I lived 5yrs, instead of the address on file. So I never got to contest anything! I will be seeing a lawyer to see what further needs to be done.

This company employees bottom feeders that call and threaten you to get money. They don’t care what’s going on in your life. I’ve never been treated so horribly by anyone, except the employees that work for Prestige. I’m sure they’re trained on how to be unsympathetic and non-compassionate on anything you’re dealing with. I’m almost done with my loan, but I may decide to file a lawsuit because of the double talk and the promises of phone calls from the manager that never come. They are the worst types of human beings that walk this earth.

I have worked with predator finance companies before@ and i believe prestige was one of em.. from utah... charge 19.9% interest.. should be against the law.. i know -- yall took a chance when other companies wouldnt... but to pay .. 40.000 for A 15.000 altima like i did.. it is gouging..

Ive had multiple issues with this company. Planning on refiancing with someone else
