We, as parents of Vics players, are requesting that the SVMHA Board of Directors mandate changes to the AA Vics program for the 2013-14 season and into the future:

1. Guarantee a transparent procedure for acquiring the best coaches possible through a city-wide advertisement, application process, and panel interviews containing SVMHA Board members and parent representation.

2. Create parent representative positions from each team to sit on the Vics Board to guarantee that parent/player voice and concerns are heard and addressed.

3. Outfit all players with jerseys/socks that are age appropriate and properly fitting.

4. Revitalize and revamp "Vics Day" and the year-end banquet.

We would like these concerns addressed at the AGM on May 22 and ask that whoever seeks election for AA Director be in favour of these changes. We strongly believe that the AA Vics program has degenerated over the years and is in need of dramatic change for the best interest of the players involved in the program.
