I'm writing this article as need to get the word out that when a dog attacks another dog or another animal eg a cat then this should be classed as a dangerous dog In most people eyes it would if it was there animal being attacked

Our story: staffy cross breed attacked a poor innocent cat but we all know dogs go for cats but this isn't the first time the second time it had a poor little kitten, then it decided to get out of it's home and go into it's neighbours garden, it's owner went round to her neighbours and said can I get my dog out from your back garden when the next door neighbour opened the side gate it came running down the entry and attacked another cat that was in it's own garden they all died of shock, then another cat from up the road full pedigree got attacked and that cat had to be out to sleep this is not just the end of it, here goes, Sunday 15th June children was playing In the vicious dogs garden with one of there friends dogs goes by the name of scruffy, the owner came home from work after the vicious dog being kept in all day like usual and decided to let the dog out not knowing there was another dog in the garden, yes we all know people are going to say the staffy cross was protecting it's home but this isn't the case I'm trying to make across, it grabbed hold of scruffy by the throat and started to shake it, then the little boy whats only 10 grabbed hold of his dog scruffy and then the staffy cross decided to go again by ripping scruffy out of the little boys arm at this point the owner is screaming at her dog "let it go!!!" But the dog that doesn't listen didn't take any notice carried on attacking the poor little dog, after the little dog tried to get away it went back for the 3rd time at this point the poor little dog was too in shock to even try and get away. The injuries that scruffy had was a punctured stomach and punctured holes in it's neck and a few more injuries, the police and the vet ambulance was called, the owner of the staffy cross paid to get the ambulance here for scruffy, the mother of the little boy had the worst phone call ever that night to make her little boys dog scruffy better it was going to cost over 6 thousand pounds but still we didn't know if he was going to make it if we all chipped in and paid it so she decided to have it put to sleep, police came Monday morning around 8am we've all been told it's been written down that it's not a dangerous dog and she's had a warning, also In the time this staffy was attacking this poor little dog his owner had her finger bitten too so you all can imagine the blood that was flying everywhere wasn't a pleasant site to see

The fact we've written to your selves is that we wanting it to be published to make sure this dog is put to sleep it's kept indoors all day so this isn't good for a dog. When it goes for other animals it's going to kill which in my instinct it's not normal to do this.

We want this dog out the way this is getting ridiculous. We've phoned RSPCA and there not willing to help the police wouldn't help so we don't know who to turn to before it attacks a innocent child next or another animal we just need help to get this vicious dog out the way. Anyone that can help will mean a lot to the street that has to witness these horrible attacks.
