- Beef (The global average is about 4068 gallons of water per 2.2 pounds of meat)

Seeing this momentum take off feels wild because I honestly thought it would just be me skipping coffee on Wednesdays. People are really starting to pay attention to how much water hides in a simple burger or a glass of juice and it is honestly so cool to see us all changing our habits together.
