Those of us who don't want to allow guns everywhere have rights too. Please keep us safe and veto this bill.

The public has to feel safe in public spaces and that can only happen if guns are restricted. Law enforcement and mayors are opposed to this bill - their comments should have great weight in making your decision.

So smoking is banned in all indoor spaces due to the alleged dangers of 2nd hand smoke but it's ok to carry guns.. no danger there!

We need MORE gun control, not less. What is our legislature thinking? PLEASE Gov. Haslam, be the common sense in this mess. You've signed one harmful bill into law this spring -- don't do it again.

This is unconscionable. It makes life more dangerous in Tennessee and gives a club the ability to sue government. 37064

I live in 37355. This legislation isn't good for public safety. It only serves to line the pockets of the already bloated gun lobby. Living in the wild west won't make us safer. Also ridiculously expensive for no public benefits to the people of Tennessee

As a former Mayor, you know how expensive and detrimental this bill is to cities. And I, for one, would be forever petrified to get onto public transportation.
