We the undersigned feel it is necessary to increase or put inplace a group insurance that veterans spouses and dependants can buy into at a rate based on the disabled veterans percentage of disability. If the disabled veterans are 100% then give those veterans families a lower rate than someone at 40%, because as it stand now most are unable to afford health insurance for their families.
