Update on my husband's case! Jayson was approved by a Federal Judge for his SSDI; However the Judge kicked it back to the local branch who denied him in the first place..This means, the local judge can decline his benefits and the entire process can start all over! Tell me where is the justice for our Veterans? There must be something "We The People" can do about this! PLEASE SHARE & SIGN!

The caractor of a nation is defined by how we treat our veretans ~ this beeing said the united States has failed it's service men & women!! It's time to change that!

This is just so sad! You put your life on the line and cannot get any help! I have helped MANY Vets get into a home and it is so emotional for them, their families and myself! Please give them the help they need!!

I'm one of them.. been fighting since 2006, got my last denial Feb this year after over a two year wait.

If one claiming to be bipolar can receive ss, then tell me why our veterans who suffer a much deeper pain and torture everyday are not eligible? My husband was denied with PTSD, TBI, amd a back surgery. Take care of our veterans!

Our vets need our support and should be receiving it.

AMERICAN VETERANS FOUGHT FOR OUR COUNTRY AND OUR FREEDOM; JOIN THE FIGHT TO HELP OUR DISABLED VETERANS RECIEVE THEIR DISABILITY BENEFITS THAT THEY DESERVE IN A TIMELY MANNER. MANY OF OUR DISABLED VETERANS BECOME HOMELESS OR COMMIT SUICIDE BEFORE THEIR BENEFITS ARE APPROVED BY EITHER THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION OR THE US DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS! THE CURRENT APPLICATION PROCESSING TIME IS 18 TO 36 MONTHS OR LONGER. AFTER THE LONG AND GRUELLING APPLICATION PROCESS MANY ARE DENIED, DENIED, DENIED AND/OR HUMILIATED BY AN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE, WHO TAKES IT UPON THEMSELVES TO BE JUDGE, JURY, AND EXECUTIONER LEAVING THE VETERAN TO GIVE UP OR TO RE-APPLY AND START THE PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN.

Thank you for fighting for my husband who is a US Marine and have been denied benefits by a Nevada Social Security Judge!

Our veterans deserve the benefits they fought for and should be given.
