Veterans gave their lives & some gave their blood yet we are treated worse then people coming across our borders illegally. When are the politicians on both sides of the isle going to give us respect & what we are due. George W submitted a proposal to get Veterans a raise in benefits because we are getting the same amount the Vets got after WWII. Nancy Pelosi wouldn't bring it up for a vote in congress

NO VET SHOULD BE HOMELESS NOR WITHOUT MEDICAL CARE.....IF YOU GIVE YOUR LIFE FOR OUR COUNTRY, OUR FREEDOM, OUR SAFETY THAN YOU SHOULD BE REWARDED BY OUR COUNTRY.

They have been ignored, miss treated and not taken care of as they SHOULD BE, freedom is NOT free and THANKS to the sacrifices of the men and women in our armed services we would NOT have this freedom. Lets make sure they are WELL taken care of.

I am an 40% service-connected honorably discharged vet I happened to go into the John dingell VA medical center to have my thyroids removed and come out of there with the wheelchair and a walker totally disabled a year of physical therapy in a year of speech therapy this happened in 2014 here it is going into 2019 and no one wants to compensate me for the pain and suffering and injuries that occurred to me by having this operation I am an honorable discharge that living at or if not below the poverty line have hearing problems with issue to hearing aids for hearing loss still not compensated it says a whole lot about this country and the way you do it's veteransI need someone or somebody to put me in contact with the right people that will help me be compensated for what has occurred to me giving me a wheelchair and a walker is really not giving me the life I had when I walked into the medical center I need help somebody please

My Dad was at Iwo Jima one of the oldest survived. Passed away just over a week ago
