My late husband served 27 years in the Military. My Brother served 26 years & most of the men in my day served at least one 4 year stint, including my sons. God bless all our service men & women.

I love our veterans and wouldn't mind immigrants but they have to come here legally. Maybe we need an Ellis Island in Texas or California, just saying

My grandson is currently a proud Marine I have many family member that have served .We love our Country had a brother in law killed in Korea. They fought over there in sub zero temp, in his letters home he stated that they were fighting and none of them had the clothes or other means to really get warm . He was hospitalized for frost bite his feet were frozen. Our veterans need to come,first. Not illegals. I support my President He loves this country and I truly do also.Dianne Meyers Ratcliff proud US citizen .

We should be ashamed to put anyone before our Veterans, Our elderly or for that matter any homeless citizen... Holding illegals above any of those groups is just ignorance and pure evil... it would be like needing to fix things at your house, cleaning your house, or needing your grass cut... instead you ignore things that could attract vermin, and damage your health or well being...just so you can brag and claim all of the good you have done for others ...instaed of what you have done for your immediate family... or even your next door neighbor.... instead you chose someone you have no knowledge of and held their needs above those you are suppose to love.... maybe this is part of the reason why some wives claim to be neglected.. or some husbands.. we forget to respect our own before giving others love first... you should love your own first and make sure their needs are taking care of ... before you gove love to others... Do you ask others ...even strangers to come love your mate because you don't have time ir the energy to or the desire to love them first... ??????

Our veterans should come first before any illegal immigrants. They paid the price for our freedom to live here. Our states and government should step up now and take care of homeless vets!! People who were not born here need to enter our country the right way!!
