Veterans serve the security of the country and it people. They should get the red carpet treatment. There is no excuse for that. Give the free housing and power,that's the least you can do? I see veterans in the streets as beggars and no home? Is that how we say thankyou for people that is in arms way or list there lives? Shame on those who dont care. God bless America and it's people and our president. Amen.

My sons served in the Military. With all the wars the U.S gets involved in our military protects more then our country. Always has. They should be protected and taken care of by Our Country. The military should always come first before anyone or anything.

When I could drive I'd see veterans sitting one a corner but one man stood out to me. Most would go to the shelter to eat but he was very week in a wheel chair. I would go somewhere fast food and tried to get him healthy food. Like a chicken or fish sandwich and a salad. Then I'd give him change. Sometimes I ate with him or just sat and talked. He had agent Orange. One day I went to visit and one of his friends said he was in the hospital. I never saw him after that. He died. If all of us would pick just one vet to help in anyway you can it would help so much. Thank you
