Veterans before illegals.
Our veterans deserve to be cared for,they wrote a blank check to our country for the amount of "up to one's life" and we as a country must do everything we can to not only show our gratitude for their sacrifice and willingness to protect us but also they worked for that. For us to make sure they are cared for after their service.
