I am a vet, my father was a vet, my father-in-law was a vet as were my uncles on both sides of my family and I think it is horrible the way that our vets are treated

All vets should be treated with respect, by that I mean housing for them, medical attention and better fiancial status. I applaud all vets, those that are living and those that have lost their lives protecting ours. My heart goes out to all family members that lost someone in a war protecting this country.
It is so sad how some of these vets are treated, sleeping on the streets, hungry, no medical assistance. What is wrong with the politicians in this country and how they could allow this to happen.
Thanks for protecting America.
