Our vets deserve to get 150% more than anyone else gets, because they have given their all for this country. Why should our congress and senators get so much, when our vets are starving, no health care and no homes. Shame on you America, for treating our vets like trash.
I am the mother of a vet, who did his duty in Kandahar Afghanistan, can home with his hearing blown, back and knees shot and to top it off, he came home with cancer. He got nothing! He was given 200. A month for a stupid painful scar, nothing for the cancer, his ears, his back, his knees and so much more. But here’s the kicker, he was expected to live on that amount, or lose i. He lost it, because who can live on that little bit. Nobody, that’s who. This wis why we have so many homeless vets. Come on America, show our men and women the love and respect the deserve.
