our troops should of always been first in our hearts in our daily prayers and most of all their care and needs I too am ashamed of my country i shook the hand of a man once he was wearing along with his grandson aveterans hat its something i do every opportunity veyeran caps the older gentgot up and he was accompanied by hiswife and grandson i just assumed they had finished their meal and a few minutes later the grandson came in an told me his grandfather was upset by my comment i started feeling sad but then grandfather came inside and toldme he servin 3 wars ww2 korean and in Vietnam but tbru out his militarily career no one had ever did what i did just shook his hand and said thank you sir for your time in service i was amazed that he had fought in 3 different historical wars let alone never tjanked or welcomed by another american except maybe his family's get up sgake a hand america with pur veterans they each and every one deserve honor and greetings from us thevery people they fought and gave not to forget those who gave all stand up say thank you to a soildger today even if you have do it again and again its the very least we can do for them that serve
