Although I have remarried, my late husband was a Viet Nam war veteran. He went in and brought prisoners of war home. So many of our veterans are in need of a better life and aren't getting it. This is how our country thanks them for putting their lives at stake? They help the illegals before our veterans. I see so many ads talking about how we can get free money that our government has to just give away. Why can't they distribute this to help our veterans?

I’m so thankful and grateful to all the Veterans. My husband was a WW11 Veteran. He passed away 3 days before his 91st birthday. Thanks to all of you.

I’m a Vietnam vet & can’t get any benefits. All I ever received was a letter ,”we’re working on it!”

We should be taking care of our veterans and our children that are going hungry in this great nation of ours 1st. No veteran should have to worry about paying for medication if they are retired from service that is ridiculous. And the VA system need to do a better job of finding physicians that are close to where the veterans live as they are getting older and have to drive 2 hours to see a doctor is crazy.

They have fought to keep us safe and free in this wonderful United States of America. Let's help them for what they did for us.

Without them.... We might be the refugees. We owe them for our very way of life.

Our Veterans should be cared for and helped above and beyond! They should be honored and treated with respect first and formost. Resources should be available to each and every one of them and their families. I am so thankful to each and every one of them.

Our veterans are the reason we are where we are. It is a necessity that we take of them. They went out to fight for our country so it's time to pay them back.
