Since I am a granddaughter of immigrants, I want immigrants to be treated respectfully and kindly which isn't happening with the current people in charge in DC! But we also are not treating our veterans as well as they should be treated after what they have been through during their time in the Service!!!

Was in 1961 to 1965 an was in the WW3 nuclar war with Cuba an was station at Ellsworth AFB S. D. On the Titan 1 Missiles in 1962 an J. F. K. Whent to Cuba an found missisles on the ground heading or way an had truce an it took 50 years to bring it on through J.F.K. notes son now I found out why we went on alert for two weeks .

I agree that we should take care of our own before refuges. I see the homeless everyday and wish that i could do more.

My dad was a Vietnam vet. I fully support as US veterans and believe our Congress and this great nation should fully support every veteran.
