Eligible U.S. veterans should not have to pay any penalty for benefits already earned thru service for our country, we already have this thru the V.A.

   So we as veterans petition for an amendment to the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) to exclude all eligible military personnel and veterans from penalties or fines associated with the Affordable Care Act.
