Very.co.uk should honour the sale of the samsung galaxy tab 3 10.1" at £129 as sold in the 'black friday' event

I to bought one of these on Friday, was all accepted, until Saturday it changed to 'this order has been credit rejected' I have had no emails or phone calls of them and no explanation, i only k ew what was going on as looked on hukd app, ive phoned them now twice, (at my expense of Course) only to be told it was cancelled as a misprint, they could take even tell me what the correct price was, and I was offered £20 of the FULL price at £279,joke of a company and a terrible scam I paid directly with my debit card and payment has left my account and in a 'holding' account, disgraceful behaviour, ive also been told that they are honouring some but not all orders, due to a legality of acceptance by them or Something, my grammar etc is bad, sorry I'm on my mobile as do the have a tab anymore.!!!!.

Shocked that such a well known brand would mislead customers and treat them in this way. I'd also like to know why they've taken the money from my credit card if they have no intention of honouring the sale!

This was going to be a Xmas present for mu Daughter. if you advertise sonething at a certain price, this should be honoured!

absoloutely farce as Mine say credit rejected when i paid by card
Disgusting customer service and worse still is that they are still showing on account balance even though they are supposed to have cancelled the orders!

Terrible CS from 'Very' and 'Very' poor handling of this entire situation, no straight answers from anyone i have spoken to and still awaiting some form of acceptable resolution!!
