Verizon has confirmed they will unlock the bootloader for the Samsung Galaxy S3. Your consistent pressure proved effective in changing their corporate policy. We have reached our goal but please remain vigilant to ensure this implementation proceeds as promised.
Verizon's Bootloader is either Locked, encrypted etc...
The only thing we can do at this point is protest this any way we can.
I am asking each and everyone of you on Verizon or not to Sign below.
I am also asking that anyone with any access to news sites, Verizon on Twitter, Facebook, etc... or knows anyone that does... call them out. Blow up there Twitter accounts.
Anything you can do to help the cause
We need to do this on a massive scale and force them to Officially unlock the boot loader.
Thanks, Incubus
The persistent silence from Verizon concerning the state of the bootloader suggests they are waiting for this interest to fade. Your continued engagement proves that we have no intention of moving on until they address our concerns regarding device ownership. We must remain persistent in our digital outreach to ensure our requests cannot be ignored.

Very disappointed in this hidden rip off trick verizon pulled. Their pathetic. I went into their store and after 20 minutes they tell me their out of sim cards and to go to target which they don't carry them. I've wasted so much time searching through "it should work threads" they should change their name to liezen
